Your purchase includes lifetime access to the digital course and associated materials. This is a single-user licence - Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the materials is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the Playbook content in a client-facing or commercial way (e.g. as part of your own product or training) without prior written permission.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience access issues or technical problems, please contact support at [email protected].Ā No refunds will be issued once access is granted

Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the Playbook via our online portal. If you experience access issues, contact us and weā€™ll resolve it promptly.

  1. Updates and Community Access

Your purchase includes:

  • Lifetime access to current and future updates of the Playbook
  • Bonus resources added over time
  • Access to the private Start SmartĀ® Community (subject to moderation and membership terms)

We reserve the right to adjust or retire community access in the future, with notice.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content within the Playbook - including text, templates, videos, frameworks, and visuals - is owned by Start SmartĀ® and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, republish, or repurpose any materials without express permission.

  1. Disclaimer

This playbook provides guidance based on real-world leadership experience, not personalised business or legal advice. Results may vary depending on your unique context and effort. We make no guarantees of outcomes or career advancement.

  1. Limitation of Liability
